Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this latest document drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to transform the substantial island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying different areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
Further documentation released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
